Yuvajana Sakhyam

"Do not let anyone treat you as if you are unimportant because you are young"

— 1 Timothy 4:12

About Our Yuvajana Sakhyam

Yuvajana Sakhyam, or the Youth Fellowship, is an integral part of the Malankara Mar Thoma Syrian Church, established in 1933 during the Maramon Convention. Its purpose is to unite young members of the Mar Thoma faith globally. This organization has expanded its reach to every corner of the world.

The primary aim of Yuvajana Sakhyam is to guide the youth in acknowledging Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. It encourages them to center their lives around worship and Christian fellowship, and to actively participate in the church's mission.

The organization facilitates various activities such as camps, meetings, and discussions, aimed at enriching the youth's understanding of the Holy Bible and the traditions of the church.

At St. Stephen's MTC, Yuvajana Sakhyam gatherings take place on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month. These gatherings serve as opportunities for fellowship and spiritual growth for the youth.
